Sleep Training
Sleep training can be a controversial topic, but there are several different methods available to you. The American Academy of Sleep Medicine has just concluded there's no single "best" approach for teaching your baby to sleep well. All the methods work, provided parents follow one simple rule: consistency. Gabrielle is trained and experienced in all methods, and can help you navigate through the different methods and help you pick which one will work best for your family.
Before choosing a sleep training method, you may want to read a few "infant sleep" books. Gabrielle has read and is experienced in using the methods in these popular books:
The Happiest Baby on the Block
Solve Your Child's Sleep Problems (The Ferber Method)
The No-Cry Sleep Solution
Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child
